Sugar Mountain Ticket Terms

Want to join us at Sugar Mountain 2018? The following sets out the terms and conditions for you doing just that.

By purchasing, accepting or being allocated a ticket to Sugar Mountain Festival or our corollary events you indicate you have read, understood and accepted the following:

When we refer to “Sugar Mountain” or “us” or “we” it means Sugar Mountain Festival Pty Ltd, our contractors and partners (including security and event managers)

When we refer to the “Event” we mean Sugar Mountain Festival 2018.

Tickets

You can buy your ticket here using accepted modes of payment and subject to the ticket limitations.

Our ticketing partner Moshtix also has terms of purchase, which you will be subject to, you can review them here.

We offer the opportunity for tickets to be re-issued twice per ticket, for a charge of $3 per re-issue, up until 48 hours prior to the event date.

Ticket scalping is not our vibe. We work hard to make the Event financially accessible and a really special experience. Any ticket found to be scalped or re sold at a premium may be subject to cancellation without refund. We reserve the right to do this in our sole discretion.

Tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without our permission.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on our tickets except in very limited circumstances. Stuff happens and if we have to change the event time and/or venue your ticket will remain valid for the new time and place. If we have to cancel the event, we will be devastated and your ticket will be refunded within 28 days of the scheduled event date.

We reserve the right to change the advertised line up, which could include withdrawing, substituting or adding artists or installations. There will be no refunds offered if this happens. We will still be working to create a great experience.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event. If this happens no refund will be offered.

Anyone found to be breaking these terms or acting in a way that we deem to be offensive, anti social or dangerous to yourself or other attendees will be refused entry and/or ejected from the event without refund. We reserve the right to make this decision in our sole discretion. Our decisions are final. You will not receive a refund for your ticket if this happens.
